Appointment Hours & Punctuality
Appointments are scheduled between 11:30am and 7:00pm.
Clients are expected to arrive on time. If you arrive late, your appointment will not be extended, and any lost time will be deducted from your session. Please ensure prompt arrival to make the most of your booked time.
The 7:00pm finish time is a strict cut-off, unless Zac agrees to allow additional time at his discretion.
Design Time & Creative Process
Design time is included within your appointment to ensure every client is happy with their design prior to needle touching skin.
Zac’s design process is as follows:
-
A rough or draft design is created prior to the appointment to provide clear references and preparation.
-
The final design is completed collaboratively with the client during the first appointment. Zac prefers to work directly with clients on the final design to ensure the tattoo suits the body, placement, and personal vision.
This collaborative approach is intentional and forms an essential part of the appointment time.
Deposits & Payments
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are deducted from the final cost of the tattoo(s) and are applied on the last day of the appointment(s).
For multi-day bookings:
-
If a client books two or more days, the full amount for the first day is paid on that day.
-
The deposit will then be applied toward the final day’s payment.
Payment Method
Clients are required to bring a minimum of £150 in CASH on each day of their appointment.
The remaining balance can be:
-
Paid via bank transfer on the day, or
-
Paid entirely in cash, if preferred.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule their appointment once, provided at least one week’s notice is given.
For example:
-
If your appointment is on Monday 14th, you must notify your artist before 7:00pm on Monday 7th.
Rescheduling requests made after this time may result in the loss of the deposit.
Exceptions may be made at the artist’s discretion, within reason.
Appointment Preparation
To ensure the best possible experience and outcome, please prepare as follows:
-
Avoid alcohol, aspirin, and blood-thinning medications for at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
-
Aim for a good night’s rest the evening before — this helps your body handle the process more comfortably.
-
Eat a full meal on the morning of your appointment.
-
Moisturise the area of tattoo placement daily for two weeks prior, where possible.
-
Stay hydrated and feel free to bring snacks for your own comfort.
(The studio often provides snacks and sugary drinks, but personal preferences are encouraged.)
